Kira did a story this morning about high school droop outs. The point of this story should not be how do you get more kids to college but how do you train them for life.
If ahigh school graduate does not go on to college they will need the skills to go into the bussness world. they should understsnd bussness ettique (show up on time) and have enough skills to be trainable. (where are the jobs?)
In europe if someone wants to go into a trade they will go to a trade school to learn there trade and will also be able to run a bussness afterword.
The point is that kids especially in the inner city have no hope for a better life. All that they see are gangs, decay and no jobs….
Companies that have been driven out of of the USA beacuse of taxes and health care need to be brought back with the incentives of low taxes and health care.
This is not something that can be cured over night beacuse it has been going downhill for fifty years but a dialoge needs to be started that will be led by the news media. High School drop outs are not exactly a polictical demographic that is being sought after so the only way that a politician will do anything is if they are shamed into it.
CNN would do a multipart special on this if it was happening anywhere else in the world.
CNN had a piece on a fruit and vegetable farm in Fort Worth,TX this week (4/20-26,2008). I live in Fort Worth and would like to know it’s location. Please help.
AND I HAVE A STORY FOR YOU. 3 CONGRESSMAN AND THE SENATOR MCAIN HAVE ALL BEEN WRITTEN MULTIPLE TIMES ON THIS STORY AS IT UNFOLDED AND I HAVEN’T HEARD A PEEP OUT OF ANY OF THEM, IN FACT JOHN SHADEGG AND JEFF FLAKE OF ARIZONA HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY AS MANY AS 30 INDIVIDUALS IN REGARDS TO THIS SITUATION, ITS BEEN AN ONGOING SEQUENCE OF TRAGIC EVENTS THAT CONTINUED TO DOWNWARD SPIRAL UNTIL I LOST THE LOVE OF MY LIFE…AND BEST FRIEND OF 3 YEARS, ALTHOUGH SHE ISN’T DISEASED, IT SURE FEELS LIKE IT,

HERE IS HER STORY, PLEASE, WE NEED TO BRING IT TO THE LIGHT.
There is this all american girl, she’s beautiful, she’s served in the army reserve for 7 years honorably, she’s been harassed many times by male soldiers and superiors. She moved from Kentucky to arizona, She was sexually harassed by her direct superior officer, this direct superior officer became frustrated with denial of his sexual advances. He started giving her false drill dates, and calling her from base with no notice for drill, and no schedule for drill and started bitching at her for not showing up. This frustrated her to no end, she and i didn’t realize the extent of what he was doing at the time. He was reporting to his superior that she wasn’t showing up for battle assemblies. He also kept scheduling this school she was supposed to go to for a promotion in rank, 3 times she was scheduled and 3 times she wasn’t allowed to go.
She and i were smart enough to record conversations via telephone with this individual and she got him to admit his guilt. (Arizona is a 1 party state when it comes to recording) < thats what she told me, she was enrolled as a police cadet. I also around the time that this all began, contacted my cousin who is a Colonel in the ARMY, and he was notified of the situation extensively, and i asked his advice, he said to file a complaint with the harrasser’s superior, my girlfriend was reluctant to do so at the time for 2 reasons, she had filed a complaint against another soldier years before, and nothing was done, the individual wasnt’ even transfrered, so she had to report to the same unit with the individual who forcefully came on to her, and try to complete her duties around someone she was in fear of. The second reason was this guy had two kids, and she didnt want to screw up his career and jeopardize the kid’s well being. We didnt realize it, but the guy harassing her was screwing up her career bigtime, she had unsatisfactory participant put on her record, and she was denied schooling for the career path and promotion in rank that she wanted.
Because of all that she was activated, practically out of punishment, after 7 years of office management in the army, she gets activated for deployment and the ARMY reclassifies her as Mobile transport Personnel, aka TRUCK DRIVER. Durning the mobilization processing paperwork a comment was made to her that if she was properly processed into the Individual Ready Reserve, she wouldn’t have been called up to Mobile Transport. She started having medical issues while training, Migraine pain in her neck, shoulders and back, She and i were in a really bad car accident, she got injured in the police academy, and while hiking in the mountains she hurt herself.
She had notified her Chain of Command during training for deployment that she was suffering, they did little or nothing, until she was hospitalized for migraine pain and it was so bad that she was vomiting for extended periods of time. They put her on quarters. So about this time i encouraged her to start looking into a transfer, and the possibilty that she shouldnt have been assigned to this post in the first place.
I contacted her former commander on her behalf and he disclosed that she got unsatisfactory participant, etc etc, and thats why she’s mobile transport.
i immediately emailed him back of the situation with the harassment and the false drill dates, and that she and i lived together and i witnessed on several occasions she would suit up for Battle assembly aka Drill weekend, only to come home a few hours later angry and upset, and calling her superior with no answer. So she started taping this individual to protect herself.
So my girlfriend and i begin contacting congressman, 3 in particular, and a senator ( one who is running for president on the REP. side ) and emailing an Equal opprutunity Rep from her former command. The Eo Rep does everything but say, don’t do this you have no case , to talk her into thinking nothing can be done, apparently he is attached to the same unit in arizona and knows the individual who harassed her possibly. ( keep in mind i can identify and provide up to date contact information with all the individuals in this situation). I begin to contact JAG attorneys, former judge advocates, and a Colonel USMC JAG attorney, and they all say the opposite of what the EO Rep from AZ led her to believe, that it would be too dificult.
The Tape player is guarded in an MP station currently.
Back to training for deployment, my girlfriend is having medical troubles and ends up the subject of sexual harassment at her new ARMY base.
Her Chain of command doesn’t take her medical conditions and deteriorating health seriously, They intimidate her and tell her she’ll miss her 4 days of RNR around Easter if she doesn’t go back out and train, and they tell her if she doesn’t get fit for deployment, that she’ll be placed on med hold, and stay indefinitely at the camp. ( the training camps for deployment are like basic training all over again) very strict , and the conditions are poor. They also don’t take the harassment seriously, and the individuals that are implicated are well liked by Command Staff.
She is beautiful by everyday standards, let alone army standards she’s playboy material by army standards,
She begins to get harassed at the training base, by multiple individuals, all of which i can identify, her friend has identified, and certain command staff that i have subsequently contacted have identified as well.
Her and her best girlfriend at the base are the targets of sexual harassment, my girlfriend even gets assigned to a truck with someone who is harassing her, that means she’s set to be driving with someone she is afraid of getting raped by.
My girlfriend and her best girlfriend have written sworn statements against these individuals and are set to go to the equal opprutunity representatives and the MP station to formally complain. They’ve also amassed recordings against these very individuals. The night before they are both set to go to Command with the statements and the evidence, The 1st SGT of the platoon and another individual corner my girlfriend and intimidate / coherce / and bribe her. It looks like practical Brainwashing at this point, and the Chaplain that i’ve spoke to on several occassions due to the fallout of this situation, says that he’s seen it many times before, and that its not just possible, that it could be probable.
So these 2 individuals along with the 3rd individual who is the guy my GF is very afraid of, corner her and pit her against her best friend, and march her down to the MP station and my girlfriend writes a sworn statement implicating an innocent male soldier as the harasser, and this innocent male soldier in my girlfriend’s original sworn statement praises as a good friend, a nice guy and someone who does alot to help her out. ( keep in mind her best girlfriend and co-subject of sexual harassment still has the hand written and typed versions of both of their statements where the innocent guy is praised for being nice.) The indiviuals who are implicated in those original sworn statements are close buddies with the 1st SGT of the platoon. So first SGT wants to protect his war buddies. Motives have been established and there is evidence everywhere that show there is a conspiracy to coherce my GF and pit her against her friend. My GF also has motive i have come to find out to go against the true situation, 1 she’s afraid of the guy she’s set to be driving with in IRAQ, ( the 1ST SGT. bribes her with transfer to any truck she wants and into a different platoon) and 2nd motive there accidently was recorded conversations that she doesn’t want anyone to hear, that implicate her and others in some green activity…if you catch my drift.
My Girlfriend’s best girlfriend / co harasee if you will, becomes enraged, and won’t sign the 2nd version of sworn statements that my GF and the 1st SGT and one other male soldier concoct. She claims my Girlfriend has been brainwashed, others that knew my girlfriend claimed she was brainwashed, Drama ensues in the girls baracks, tempers flare, and her best friend is harassed by many individuals male and female now, to the point she almost goes “PRIVATE PILE” … this girl starts talking smack to everyone who is against her, and makes threats about stealing live rounds off the range, and handling her business..
so this could be a 2 part story really,
sexual harassment , and subsequent denial to give up her ass to her superior officer in AZ, leads all american girl to getting the most deadly and most horrible job in iraq, she gets more sexual harassment at training base…and the recorder is locked up that proves all of it…..
part 2 story that i hope won’t overshadow the importance of the fact that my girlfriend, ex at this point because of all the drama and stress and quite frankly i think she was brainwashed and pitted against me as well..plus seduced by the 3rd individual who intimidated and coherced her in the first place,,,,,,is that you have a soldier who almost went PRIVATE PILE….
i’ve contacted 40 or so individuals since they’ve sent my girlfriend to IRAQ and only 3 have been reluctant to even acknowlege the situation, 1 a general, 2 a chaplain, and 3 some crazy colonel lady over there.
there is more to the situation with my ex-girlfriend than i would like to disclose at this point, and given some really strange turn of events that occured right around the time of her RNR, i disclosed personal and sensitive material to her command staff, and they don’t even take the fact seriously or care enough to investigate that she is suffering emotional troubles, and may actually be brainwashed and seduced by the soldier she was assigned to a truck with.
She disappeared 2 days before her RNR, ironically on the night of our 3 year anniversary “Good Friday” and i emailed her friends to find out that she was drinking and drugging with this individual and she was under the impression that they would be getting married!!!!! I BEGAN TO THINK SHE WAS DOSED, AND STILL ENTERTAIN A PROBABILITY THAT SHE WAS DOSED, ALSO HER FRIEND THAT ALMOST WENT PR. PILE? SHE DID THAT OVERNIGHT AS IF SHE WAS DOSED, AND MY GIRLFRIEND AND I SPOKE ABOUT THAT POSSIBILITY. THE MAN WHO IS APPARENTLY HER CO-DRIVER AND SEDUCER IS A SHERIFF, AND HE IS MARRIED AND HAS 2 KIDS, THERE IS A TERM FOR THAT IN THE ARMY : ” DEPLOYMENT DIVORCE” OR DWD ” DIVORCED WHILE DEPLOYED” AND THESE ARMY MALES, FIND AN IMPRESSIONABLE YOUNG FEMALE AND MAKE HER THEIR PERSONAL PIECE OF ASS WHILE THEY ARE DEPLOYED, AND WHEN THEY ALL COME HOME STATESIDE, THEY DITCH THE GIRLFRIEND AND LEAVE HER WITH A BROKEN HEART, AND ITS BACK HOME TO WIFEY AND KIDS. SICK, TERRIFYING FROM MY PERSPECTIVE, AND I’M ALL BUT POWERLESS.
I HAVE 300 EMAILS THAT SUPPORT ALL OF THIS, I’M TRYING TO GET MY VOICEMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES EXZUMED FROM THE CELL COMPANY SERVERS, BECAUSE UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE MY GF’S 4 DAYS OF R N R, I HAD EVERY INDICATION THAT WE WERE SOLID, COMMITTED AND THAT SHE WAS COMING TO VISIT ME IN HILTON HEAD ISLAND SOUTH CAROLINA FOR HER 4 DAYS.
MY LIFE’S BEEN A LIVING HELL, AND A CONSCIOUS NIGHTMARE FOR A MONTH NOW…THE ARMY WANTS TO SWEEP THE WHOLE THING UNDER THE RUG AND JUST FORGET IT HAPPENED…..NO ONE CARES..CAN YOU HELP?????????? I’VE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MY EX’S GRANDFATHER, A GREAT MAN, HE KNOWS SHE HAS EMOTIONAL TROUBLES, SHE’S FRAGILE AND DELICATE, AND EASILY INFLUENCED, SHE’S BEAUTIFUL, SO THESE GUYS SEE HER AS EASY PREY, AND A PIECE OF SWEET MEAT CANDY…ITS FUCKING SICK!!!
I NEED HELP. CONGRESS HASN’T DONE CRAP, HER COMMAND HASN’T DONE CRAP, AND THE ARMY WANTS TO KEEP ANY AND ALL SOLDIERS IN THEATRE, SHE’S BECOME SUICIDAL BEFORE, AND I’M TERRIFIED FOR HER, ON TOP OF ALL OF IT, SHE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE GONE TO THIS SCHOOL FOR RETENTION AND A PROMOTION IN RANK, AND ITS PRETTY MUCH A NON-DEPLOYABLE POST, INSTEAD SHE GOT CHEATED OUT OF THAT FOR BEING LOYAL TO ME, AND SHE GOT THE DEADLIEST MOST DANGEROUS JOB OVER THERE. WHERE SHE’LL HAVE TO DRIVE 15HOURS EVERYDAY FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS AT A TIME ,AND SHE WAS DRIVING AND TRAINING IN THOSE TRUCKS FOR 4 HOUR SPELLS AT THE BASE IN THE STATES AND SHE ENDED UP VOMITTING DUE TO HOW BAD MIGRAINE PAIN HAD CRIPPLED HER, AND SHE’LL BE CARRYING OUT MISSIONS IN THE SAME TRUCK AS THE SOLDIER I BELIEVE WHO SHE WAS AFRAID OF IN THE FIRST PLACE. EVIDENCE OF THE ENTIRE CONSPIRACY IS ON THIS RECORDER…ALONG WITH THE EMAILS I HAVE, AND VOICEMAILS ON THE CELL CO. SERVER.
I JUST WANT HER HOME,
AND THERES MORE TO THE STORY!!…. EVERY INDIVIDUAL INCLUDING PRIVATE PILE, SENATOR MCPAIN, 3 CONGRESSMAN,,,A LT. GENERAL, CHAPLAIN, MY GIRLFRIEND HERSELF, THE INDIVIDUAL WHO HARASSED HER ORIGINALLY IN ARIZONA, HIS COMMANDER, HIS COMMANDER’S COMMANDER, WE CAN HELP HER IF WE BRING THIS INTO THE LIGHT.
THE ARMY WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION, AND THE RECORDER WILL HAVE TO BE LISTENED TO, THERE ARE CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS FROM THE 1ST SGT ON DOWN, AND POSSIBLY UP AS WELL, I HAVE FEARS THAT THEY MAY JUST DESTROY THE RECORDER!!!!

I think that the world should know about this, we here in the bahamas wish that we were in the united states’ position when it comes to oil prices.Here in the bahamas we have 3 major gas stations Esso, Texaco and Shell and all of those stations have reached over the $5.00 mark as of today May 6th 2008 the highest of the three which was shell reache $5.30 per gallon.
